- Admission Form: Fill admission form online
- Child’s Birth Certificate: A copy of the child’s birth certificate as proof of age.
- Recent Passport Photograph: 4 recent passport-sized photographs of the child.
- Recent Postcard Family photograph:
- Medical History: A brief medical history of the child, including any allergies or medications they require.
- Parent/Guardian Identification: A copy of the parent/guardian’s valid government identification (Adhar Card, passport, driver’s licence, etc.).
- Proof of Residence: A document proving your residency (utility bill, rental agreement, etc.).
